"Avoid this agent. Last year when I received water damage in my home from the storms, I emailed my agent. This was a mistake as he never got around to talking to me, only his assistant. I was told that I had to get estimates for the damage and do all the legwork before contacting them again. When I called State farm the corporation they informed me that this was not the case and that they would send out somebody immediately. Either I'm not a big enough deal for them or maybe it's sloth but this agent and his office didn't deem it necessary to do their job when it came to me and my home. (Update) First: wow it took 2 years to respond to this review, kinda proved my review correct there bud. Second: no I didn't use my last name on my Google for privacy."

"This State Farm office is the best team on insurance agents I’ve ever worked with. I frequently call to add a rental car policy for a few days at a time and they know me by name.
